Yes, Tumbl will happily come to your hotel. Just leave your clothes at the front desk. We will delivery your items back to the front desk.

Unless it is requested by the customer or needed for special cleaning; ALL times will be washed in cold water only.  

Tumbl uses all major home laundry detergent brands (ALL, Gain, Seventh Generation, TIDE). We use their original scents only. 

Yes, of course! Just leave whatever detergent that want used with your pick-up items. The Tumbl driver will pick up and return with delivery.

No. Tumbl will pick up whatever bag that you decide to put your items in. If it's in a plastic bag, it will be disposed of at the time of cleaning. Your items will be returned in a new plastic bag. If you place your items in a cloth/nylon bag; we will place the plastic clear bag inside of your laundry bag. 

Tumbl uses Bounce or Downy. If there is another brand that you would like us to use; please include during your pick-up. 

Yes! Tumbl will separate your clothes with like colors. Whites & Darks will be separated. Towels & Bedding will be separated.  

Yes! Tumbl will attempt to remove any stains. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to remove stains. 

Yes! Tumbl will use as requested. We use Downy and Snuggle. 

Yes!  With Tumbl, you have the flexibility to request a specific cleaning professional, ensuring personalized service and consistency with each visit.
